Deposit and Refund Policy
Please note that a $50 deposit is required to hold your date. In the event of a cancelation, this fee is non-refundable. There is a $25 additional charge associated with re-booking your visit after your balance has been paid. Final payment and headcount are due 3 weeks in advance of your visit. We do not process refunds or hold funds on account if your student count falls short of your initial headcount. Additional guests will be charged the group rate when entering with your party. All others are subject to standard admission fees.
After receiving a deposit for the visit, we will be then able to include any additional events to the order such as add-on theater experiences, lunch times, or workshops as capacity allows.
